Just for your business.
A protected three-hour block on Thursday and Friday, with no overlapping sessions. Check in with your team and move important work forward. The weekend is reserved for the retreat.

La Casa
de Gándara.
Our home for four days in Llanos de Penagos, Cantabria, northern Spain. Shared meals, rooms and conversations. Morning exercise to get moving before learning and working together.
Venue booked. The accommodation belongs to the retreat organiser. We will stay in shared rooms with bunk beds and a private bathroom for each room: a chance to connect and step outside our comfort zones.

What is the accommodation like?
La Casa de Gándara is already booked and belongs to the retreat organiser. Rooms are shared, with bunk beds and a private bathroom for each room. Living together and stepping outside our usual routines are part of the experience.
What is Cantabria Business Retreat?
A retreat to learn from fellow founders and build a circle of trust with business owners facing similar challenges. We combine masterclasses, workshops and masterminds with shared meals, movement and time together. The aim is to share experience, test decisions and meet people you can keep talking to afterwards.
Is €1M in revenue a requirement?
Yes. Your business must generate at least €1M in annual revenue. The form asks for your revenue range and applications will be reviewed before admission.
Can I keep working during the retreat?
Yes. Thursday (14:30–17:30) and Friday (09:00–12:00) each include three protected work hours. Saturday and Sunday have no work blocks: they are dedicated to the retreat. Connectivity and workspaces remain subject to verification.
Who will lead the masterclasses?
José Almansa is the featured entrepreneur joining us. Planned masterclass profiles include entrepreneurs with businesses generating up to €330M in revenue. Their names and sessions remain to be confirmed.
What is confirmed and what is proposed?
La Casa de Gándara is booked and José Almansa will join us as the featured entrepreneur. The proposed dates of 18–21 February 2027, prices, detailed programme and other speakers remain subject to confirmation.
Do I need a particular fitness level?
No. Activities are intended to be adaptable and optional. Outdoor sessions depend on weather and verification with qualified professionals.
What language will the retreat use?
The website is available in Spanish and English. Session language and any interpretation options will be communicated before participation is confirmed.
Does preparing an application reserve my place?
No. This version lets you complete and download your application, but does not send it to the organisers. It does not imply admission, booking or payment.
